Laughter yoga

Laughter yoga is also part of my offer.
You don't laugh enough? There are hardly any reasons to laugh in your life, or do you lack a sense of humor? Laughter relaxes you and has a positive effect on the brain and body in many ways.
Laughing without reason is the basic philosophy of laughter yoga: the reciprocal relationship between body and mind is used, so that special exercises have an effect on mood and thinking. It's a bit like dry swimming exercises that make real swimming easier!
The motto is: We don't laugh because we're happy, we're happy because we laugh! (I'll fake it until you make it!) Other benefits of conscious laughter include more oxygen in the blood, better blood circulation, a stronger immune system, lowering high blood pressure, preventing heart disease, improving asthma and other lung diseases, etc.
In 2024 I completed my laughter yoga training under the doctor Dr. Madan Kataria and plan to integrate this wonderful technique into individual and group offers. In 2025, stress management courses in small groups are planned to help achieve more lightness and serenity in everyday life through self-observation and reflection, as well as psychoeducation and various relaxation methods (including laughter yoga).
It may sound strange, but practicing laughter can help against depression and anxiety, as well as improve your mood and overall joy of life! Try it out and experience the difference for yourself - get involved, just laugh along!
